PRISM CEO is a service of SIRT, Inc., a Florida corporation ("PRISM," "we," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of prism.ceo and any content, forms, chat, or booking tools on it (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms cover the Site only. If you hire PRISM for a review, that work is governed by the customer agreement and statement of work you sign with us. If those documents differ from these Terms, the signed documents control for the paid work.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is meant for business owners and their teams. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

3. General information, not advice

The content on the Site, including Insights articles, examples, checklists, and chat replies, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or security advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Using the Site, reading our content, or booking a call does not create a professional relationship with PRISM.

4. Examples and results

Savings figures, sample reports, and examples on the Site are illustrative only and are not a prediction of your results. Every business is different. We do not promise any specific savings, ranking, search result, or protection from scams or other threats.

5. Fit calls, contact form, and chat

Our free 30 minute fit call is booked through Microsoft Bookings. Booking a call does not obligate you or us to anything. Please do not send confidential documents, passwords, or payment card numbers through the contact form, chat, or email. If you become a customer, we will give you access to our secure customer portal for documents. Chat replies may be automated or assisted by software and may not always be complete or correct.

6. Prices and payment

Our current price for a PRISM Success Review is a fixed fee. Prices on the Site may change at any time. The price in your signed agreement is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your payment details are handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Our content and brand

The Site and everything on it, including text, reports, templates, graphics, logos, and the PRISM name, belong to SIRT, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create products from our content without our written permission. You may share a link to any public page.

8. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

- break any law or anyone's rights

- send false information or pretend to be someone else

- upload viruses or harmful code

- try to access accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to see

- scan, probe, or test the security of the Site without our written permission

- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy the Site or its content, including to train artificial intelligence models

- send spam or unwanted marketing through our forms or chat

- interfere with the Site or other people's use of it

We may limit or end your access to the Site if you break these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at prism.ceo/privacy explains how we collect and use your information. It is part of these Terms.

10. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites and tools we do not control, such as Microsoft Bookings, Stripe, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own choice and risk.

11. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, current, or secure. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SIRT, Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed customer agreement.

13. Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including attorney fees, of any claim brought against SIRT, Inc. because of it.

14. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be heard only in the state courts in St. Johns County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, and you agree to those courts. Any claim about the Site must be brought within one year after it arises.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Other terms

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the Site.
